- The Staff Software Engineer (AI) will work remotely (or optionally hybrid near Manhattan) to integrate AI technologies into the member experience and build proprietary developer tools for AI technologies.
- The role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering, with travel opportunities at least twice per year for in-person events.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, and/or Flutter.
- 3+ years of experience building developer platforms and toolchains.
- At least 2 years of experience with modern AI technologies.
- Proven leadership and collaborative style.
- Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and provide technical leadership.
