Stock Plan Administrator Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administration of global stock plans.
• Partner with other functional leads for process development.
• Create stock reports and assist with stock disclosures.
• Develop and manage ESPP open enrollment processes.
• Ensure proper taxation for equity exercises and releases.
• Administer equity compensation plans under grant terms.
• Manage Section 16 compliance with legal teams.
• Manage Shareworks and maintain share pool balances.
• Assist employees with equity-related questions.
• Design and implement educational sessions and materials.
• Manage insurance and treasury functions.
• Oversee Workmans Comp Insurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3-5 years of stock administration experience.
• Understanding of equity plans and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of web-based equity management systems.
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of US federal/state and global taxation.
