Strategic Executive Assistant (Argentina) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO on high-priority projects, ensuring execution.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate preparation of meeting materials and briefing documents.
• Oversee special projects, ensuring completion within timelines.
• Streamline internal processes and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor progress toward key performance goals and provide updates.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• Facilitate communication between departments and foster collaboration.
• Support executive team with administrative needs and project tracking.
• Lead HR initiatives, including onboarding and development.
• Serve as a primary contact for key clients and partners.
• Manage logistics related to vendor negotiations and contracts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years in an executive-level support role.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project tools.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual.
