Strategic Finance Manager (International Subscriptions) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Be the primary finance partner for International Subscription business
• Own the revenue model for International subscription and forecast metrics
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Support on forecasts and strategic modeling
• Track customer acquisition spend performance and drive efficiency
• Drive process improvements and implementation of automated systems
• Prepare monthly budget variance analysis and reporting packages
• Educate business partners on financial trade-offs and make judgment decisions
• Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years in Strategic Finance/FP&A
• Flexibility to work across EST/London time zones
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and experience partnering across functions
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, and Tableau is a plus
• Self-starter, comfortable working under pressure with limited guidance
• Team player with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
