Strategic Relationshp Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities in Middle East higher education
• Create and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
• Use consultative selling to meet client needs and demonstrate HBP’s value
• Build and maintain relationships with education leaders and stakeholders
• Maintain knowledge of HBP’s digital learning solutions and academic resources
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors
• Represent HBP at industry events and conferences to promote the mission
• Provide regular sales updates, pipeline development, and market feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector
• Experience in consultative selling and the Middle East market preferred
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% of the time) within the Middle East
