Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proven success exceeding customer success goals.
• Expertise in social media platforms and trends.
• 3+ years in social content strategy development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence C-level executives effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
