Success Manager (Lawyers) Full Time

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Success Manager (Lawyers) to join our world-class sales team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our lawyers, generating community-led growth, looking for opportunities to up-sell and drive account expansion, and providing valuable feedback to our product team.

You will be the primary point of contact for our Lawyers, responsible for ensuring they receive maximum value from our product. You will work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to drive Lawyer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership of customer success processes.

What the job involves

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with lawyers, serving as their go-to person to address any inquiries or concerns throughout the onboarding phase.
• Proactively engaging with lawyers on a regular basis to understand their objectives, offering guidance, and ensuring they take full advantage of our product’s capabilities.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance account growth and maximize the long-term value of every lawyer.
• Cultivating a vibrant community for our lawyers, fostering connections and organizing engaging events.
• Gathering and analyzing valuable feedback from lawyers to identify areas for improvement and effectively communicate these insights to the product team.
• Conducting comprehensive platform training sessions for lawyers, equipping them with the knowledge to utilize all features seamlessly.
• Regularly conducting feedback calls with our active lawyers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Monitoring caseloads of our lawyers to ensure they receive accurate instructions and support.
• Providing support to legal operations by offering feedback to lawyers on behavioral matters and ensuring adherence to our code of conduct.

Our AI lawyer Lawrence is built on top of our own fine tuned LLM and recently passed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE).

We have backing from leading US and UK VC funds including Google Ventures and Episode 1, and from founders and executives who’ve built some of the biggest startups like Bloom & Wild, Primer, SignalAI, Spotify, Meta, Curve, Monzo, Tide.

• 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in a startup
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Empathy and patience when dealing with questions and sales objections
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
