Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of marketing project managers.
• Oversee planning and completion of marketing projects.
• Use Workfront to manage workflows and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation and plans.
• Provide technical project management expertise.
• Mentor team members for professional growth.
• Analyze project performance for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Assist in designing and improving processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Five years of marketing project management experience.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Workfront and Jira tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proven experience in the mortgage or banking industry.
• Strong remote work capabilities.
