Supply Chain Planner – Remote, US Full Time

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data for supply planning and evaluate scenarios
• Define rough-cut capacity plans and identify constraints
• Track execution and resolve demand/supply gaps
• Define inventory entitlement and safety stock levels
• Support near-term planning and monitor production attainment
• Identify and escalate risks in forecast and service levels
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production, Quality, and Engineering
• Maintain accurate replenishment signals and reduce product lead times
• Support Demand Planning and Product Management in NPI processes
• Define and incorporate new processes and best practices
• Maintain effective communication with all departments

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain Management or Business
• 6+ years supply chain experience, 2 years SIOP experience
• Skilled in data manipulation and basic statistical concepts
• Ability to recognize trends and translate them into plans
• Familiar with manufacturing concepts and practices
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain
• Continuous improvement mindset and leadership skills
• Experience with ERP and planning tools (Logility preferred)
