Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support to customers via internal teams
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to Customer Support
- Provide problem diagnosis and root cause analysis for technical issues
- Publish technical help updates for internal use
- Work with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues/relevant application upgrades
Requirements
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competence working in MacOS/Linux command line environments
- Experience with Javascript, TypeScript, and Postgres
- Nice to have: Experience with the Shopify platform
- Nice to have: Experience with Looker and BigQuery
- Nice to have: Experience working with hybrid remote teams
