Responsibilities:
- Learn about Sourcegraph’s product, value propositions, and practices.
- Understand how Code Search is deployed, product configuration, and common user needs.
- Start troubleshooting and solving reported issues with customer support and team assistance.
- Contribute to product and documentation improvements.
- Identify trends causing issues for customers and suggest remedies.
- Suggest improvements for onboarding, customer experience, and product enhancement.
Requirements:
- Profound curiosity to figure out why something works the way it does.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Bash.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes containerized solutions.
- Familiarity with code hosts such as GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket.
- Compassion to understand customer issues and be compelled to action.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in communicating technical ideas to various audiences.
- Understanding of databases, especially SQL (nice to have).
- Experience with APIs, Git, Kubernetes (nice to have).
- Experience writing code in Go or another language (nice to have).
- Experience supporting AI products or knowledge about LLMs (nice to have).
