Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key clinical decision-makers
- Drive V.A.C. and Surgical Solution adoption/usage
- Present and reinforce Solventum value proposition
- Set territory plans to meet revenue quotas
- Conduct training and in-servicing for wound care and surgical solutions
- Manage a company vehicle and meet driving requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years in medical device sales or healthcare
- High School Diploma/GED and 10 years in medical device sales
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Proven success with surgeons in the operative environment
- Clinical wound care or patient-facing experience
- Formal sales training and CRM tools experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
