Responsibilities
- Administer and support AAD, AD, Endpoint (Intune), Office 365, AWS, Network, and related services
- Install, manage, and configure Windows OS and third-party applications
- Maintain security compliance, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Provide solution support and configuration changes across environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
- Administer and configure web services
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, document problems and resolutions
- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting
- Ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Implement warranty and support activities
- Define hardware standards, maintain inventory and asset documentation
- Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom, and software vendor evaluations
- Provide white glove user support for desktop hardware and software
- Support during business hours and be available for after-hours issues
- Travel as needed
Requirements
- Experience administering AAD, AD, Endpoint (Intune), Office 365, AWS, Network services
- Proficiency in installing, managing, and configuring Windows OS and third-party applications
- Knowledge of security compliance, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
- Experience with web service administration and configurations
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors
- Ability to design and implement monitoring and configuration management
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Willingness to support after-hours and travel as needed
