Systems Engineer – Western Australia at Centorrino Technologies Full Time

Responsibilities

• Cover team’s late shift until 7 or 8pm AEDT
• Maintain and manage Windows Server OS platforms
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Administer virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
• Provision and manage cloud-based resources, such as Azure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with network and security teams
• Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Windows server operating systems
• Proficiency in hardware and software configuration in Wintel
• Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Familiarity with server hardware technologies like RAID, SAN, and NAS
• Several years of experience in Wintel systems engineering
• Experience with server migrations and upgrades
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution
• Demonstrated experience in various infrastructure technologies
• Familiarity with security concepts and protocols
• Certifications in relevant technologies are desirable
• Valid state-based WWCC, Police check, and authorization to work in Australia
