Systems Specialist – Customer Support Operations & Strategy – Remote based in France or Spain or Portugal or UK Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer facing tech portfolio.
• Follow best practices for ecosystem improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to meet requirements.
• Drive improvements to tools and evaluate technologies.
• Become SME with customer support tools.
• Handle technical requests in Agile environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Ensure clear communication on business needs.
• Complete audits of support tooling stack.
• Respond quickly to production environment issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience with Zendesk is critical.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical stakeholders.
• Focused on customer experience improvements.
• Creative problem solver with solutions focus.
• Proactive, organized, and accountable.
• Customer Support and CX experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Aircall, Salesforce, Jira.
• SQL and programming language knowledge desired.
