Systems Trainer Full Time

Summary:

• Greystar is a global leader in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in rental housing, logistics, and life sciences sectors.
• The Systems Trainer role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for tax credit systems users.
• The position requires creating training materials, conducting sessions, and providing ongoing support to enhance user proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on tax credit systems.
• Prepare participant and facilitator materials, coordinate registration and set-up, and update training curricula as needed.
• Create and revise training programs by researching tax credit systems and software functionality.
• Develop training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, audiovisuals, job aids, and other documents.
• Provide help desk support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user queries via email, phone, or in person.
• Collaborate with compliance teams and system developers to integrate updates into training materials.
• Assess training effectiveness using tests, surveys, and performance reports.
• Provide individual coaching, remedial training, and suggest alternative education options.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in property management software (Real Page, Yardi) and related applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax credit administration or systems training.
• Proven experience with tax credit software and tools is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Certification in instructional design or training is a plus.
