Responsibilities:
- Win talent for Caspar Health.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and proactively bring in top talent via social media, direct search, recruiting platforms, external partners, and networking events.
- Work with relevant stakeholders from different departments to develop a strategy for acquiring the best talent as quickly as possible.
- As the first contact for candidates, have a significant impact on the company’s external perception and contribute to shaping Caspar’s employer branding.
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure smooth and respectful onboarding for new employees, enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally from an agile startup or a dynamic tech environment, with a background in sales or tech.
- A broad network with recruiting and HR peers as well as talent.
- Proven success in filling positions using active sourcing.
- Experience in implementing employer branding measures and/or developing a strategy in this area.
- Strong awareness of diversity and inclusion issues.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ability to prioritize independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
- Experience with G-Suite and ideally with Personio or other HRIS systems.
- Ideally located in Berlin or surrounding areas and able to work at least 35 hours per week.
