Responsibilities:
- Manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
- Reach out to candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct 15-minute video calls to assess potential candidates.
- Schedule longer interviews for promising candidates.
- Forward promising candidates to the Founder for final interviews.
- Collaborate with the Founder to recruit for positions across the portfolio.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the process.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Must be located within a 4-hour flight from Hong Kong.
- Ability to travel to Hong Kong on short notice for interviews.
- Prefers working independently with minimal supervision.
- Incredibly smart and resourceful.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive with a “can do” attitude.
