Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates in the blue- and grey-collar sectors.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to identify candidates’ needs and match them with clients.
- Support candidates with job-related inquiries, including resume creation and career coaching.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Success team to understand client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, preferably with knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Strong empathy and customer service skills, with a comfortable phone presence.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Interest in direct customer interaction with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and ideally English.
