Tax Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor staff to develop their skills and careers.
• Manage office workflow and procedures.
• Lead client engagement and manage relationships.
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, exempt, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Provide advisory services on tax, finance, and business practices.
• Work with the Tax Director to develop retention, growth, and operational strategies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in tax preparation and review.
• Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.
• BA or higher degree in accounting.
• CPA or EA certification required.
• Prior team management experience is a major plus.
