Team Lead Growth & Retention (B2B) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee Performance, Lifecycle, and Email Marketing for B2B team
• Contribute directly to campaigns for partner acquisition and retention
• Ensure alignment with broader business growth objectives
• Develop, execute, and optimize strategies for growth and retention
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Digital Partner Acquisition, and Product teams
• Focus initially on acquiring new partners in Germany, then expand to other markets
• Gradually shift focus to retention efforts

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Growth & Retention Marketing in B2B
• Expertise in partner lifecycle strategies and maximizing lifetime value
• Familiarity with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing tools
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Strong track record in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Existing EU work permit
• Proficient in English and German
• Primary residence in Germany
