- Lingoda is seeking a motivated Team Lead Health Sales B2C (all genders) to support its B2B business unit.
- The role involves building a new sales team, making strategic sales decisions, and driving projects for doctors and education.
Responsibilities:
- Build and passionately lead a sales team.
- Develop a long-term sales strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Use analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and minimize risks.
- Build trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage resources and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven leadership experience in leading and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of using analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Very good English and German language skills (C2 level) in speaking and writing. (Company language is English).
- Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector.
