Responsibilities:
- Guide and provide expertise to clients throughout the implementation process, showing them how TROI can improve their workflows.
- Provide strategic consulting by analyzing existing processes and offering optimal solutions.
- Identify upselling opportunities and help clients fully leverage TROI’s value.
- Prioritize client requests, manage communication, and ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and standardize complex business processes.
- Experience in customer management with clear communication at eye level.
- Independent and organized work style, managing client contacts and tasks autonomously.
