Tech Lead Full Time

Responsibilities

• Drive and define the technical vision for the project using C#, .NET, and Azure
• Actively participate in coding, focusing on high-quality code
• Guide and support the development team through technical challenges
• Collaborate with architects and product leaders for alignment on goals
• Ensure code quality and architecture through rigorous code reviews
• Shape technology strategy and promote the use of new technologies
• Mentor and role model for developers, contributing to their growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in software development with expertise in C#, .NET, and Azure
• Proven background in technical leadership or senior developer roles
• Hands-on programming and maintenance of coding skills required
• Deep understanding of modern software development methods and patterns
• Ability to inspire, guide, and develop technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach to challenges
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies with proactive project management
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly
