Technical Account Manager – Commercial West Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices
• Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations
• Contribute to workshops to help customers unlock Wiz platform value
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders, focusing on adoption
• Help customers develop and achieve Success Plans with KPIs
• Address technical issues and collaborate with teams for resolution
• Advocate for customer needs and manage account escalations
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals
• Maintain knowledge of Wiz platform and cloud security threats

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles like TAM or Solutions Engineering
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
