Technical Account Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for key brand partners.
• Guide partners through the design, development, testing, and launch of new card programs and expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and implement solutions for Imprint’s platform functionality, bespoke integrations, and data sharing flows.
• Build strong relationships with partners and Imprint teams to solve pivotal and complex problems.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable practices to improve team performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of consultative professional experience (e.g. consulting, professional services, or account management).
• Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals and identify risks and opportunities.
• Ability to lead discovery and process mapping sessions and create project documentation (e.g. integration design, process workflows, standard operating procedures).
• Ability to learn new technologies, understand complex systems (e.g. APIs, databases, SDKs, web technologies).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
