Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-3+ years in a hands-on technical role.
- 2-3+ years of successful customer implementations.
- Strong technical background in SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs and cloud services.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working EST hours.
