- Develop close relationships with customers to understand needs.

- Motivated by impact and rapid deployment of sites.
- Ability to reduce friction and respond rapidly.
- Experience with customer outcomes and health metrics.
- Collaborate closely with teams to support renewals.
- Gauge customer engagement and provide feedback.
- Create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Lead customer on-sites and conduct service reviews.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with WordPress or other web technologies.
- Bonus: Experience in software development and architecture.
