Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and support sessions with customers
Work with Zuora Product Engineers on customer use cases and feedback
Create, review, and understand data/object models and process flows
Maintain overall customer health and technical health of customers
Establish and maintain system configuration, architectures, and runbooks
Provide expertise on Zuora product configuration and integration best practices
Document requirements and user stories, review with customer for sign-off
Design and document functional and technical solutions, including process flows
Provide guidance on quarterly roadmaps and new features
Follow up to ensure delivered work meets requirements and designs
Review new or updated solutions with customers and ensure satisfaction
Develop and deliver custom solution training materials
Support customers with scheduled calls for functional and technical questions

3-5 years of enterprise experience with moderate to complex Revenue and Finance solutions
3-5 years in customer-facing solution delivery in a professional services organization
3-5 years of expertise with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions
Experience with SQL, PLSQL, or another programming language and object-oriented frameworks
Ability to review API documentation and assist with API integrations
Experience with Zuora workflows and troubleshooting
Leadership abilities to lead business discussions and architect solutions
Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, and systems design
Experience with revenue recognition, order-to-cash, finance, and general ledger
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and multitasking ability
