Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategy, incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges, providing strategic guidance to maximize product value.
Collaborate with developers and senior engineers to offer advocacy and technical guidance, assisting customers in planning and building solutions that enhance application health.
Customize products in collaboration with Product and Development teams to meet specific customer requirements.
Monitor the progress of product integrations and ramp-ups to ensure successful implementation.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role, preferably in fintech or payments.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols, along with API management tools like Postman, SoapUI, Swagger.
Strong understanding of Web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), RESTful API, and frameworks.
Expertise in at least one server-side language (e.g., Golang, Python, Node.js).
Exposure to server and database technologies such as Apache, Nginx, ISS, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Experience with ticketing systems is beneficial.
Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple activities and projects concurrently.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication in this role.
