Responsibilities
- Strategically engage with customers and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor customer health and identify potential issues
- Develop strong relationships to understand customer goals
- Act as main escalation point for technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues
- Maintain deep understanding of the JumpCloud platform
- Identify opportunities and partner with Account Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years in a technical customer-facing role
- Clear and effective communicator
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and managing stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Previous JumpCloud experience (Bonus)
- Experience in user access management, MDM, security (Bonus)
