Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing, account, and technical issues

Requirements
- C1/native English proficiency and excellent Portuguese skills
- High IT curiosity and technical understanding
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries
- High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills
- Empathetic, tactful, and proactive when interacting with customers
- Typing speed ≥ 50 WPM
- Availability for 40 hours per week, mainly in afternoon/evening/night shifts
- Computer with specified parameters and minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
- Experience in customer service is a plus
