Responsibilities:
- Guide partners through technical onboarding on the e-commerce platform.
- Provide assistance and training for partner account setup and product portfolio uploads.
- Monitor all technical processes to ensure proper functionality, such as product visibility and order transmission.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries during and after onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments, mainly acquisition and IT.
- Support process optimization in onboarding and customer support.
Requirements:
- Degree or technical training in business, IT systems, or e-commerce.
- Experience in onboarding/customer support, technical support, or IT consulting.
- Ideally, knowledge of e-commerce environments.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and intercultural competencies.
- Proactive, problem-solving, and capable of handling complex situations.
- Familiarity with software systems and new technologies, comfortable working with data.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of German is a plus.
