Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of a product strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Define usability, logics, funnels, designs, functionalities, and requirements based on business and client needs.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
- Coordinate product execution with internal departments and external providers.
- Ensure product objectives and deliverables meet requirements and business expectations.
- Communicate insights during the product development process.
- Analyze and prioritize the product backlog.
- Explore data for actionable insights and make product recommendations.
- Monitor product metrics performance and report them accordingly.
- Empower and guide others to work effectively with data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Passion for technology and experience working with IT teams.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use cases, and user stories.
- Familiarity with technical integrations.
- Experience with A/B testing or exposure to its concepts.
- Ability to plan and prioritize the product feature backlog.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with international experience.
