Technical Program Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic cross-functional planning, leading discovery and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to make key decisions
• Identify and manage risks to closure through data-driven approaches
• Contribute to the definition, development and tracking of goals and priorities
• Establish and drive adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices
• Help be an agent of change in strengthening Technical Program Management
• Be a true servant-leader to help teams do their best work
• Open to learning from others, humble, and willing to experiment

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical program management or project management
• BA/BS degree in computer science or similar degree
• Structure and lead complex cross-functional programs
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis
• Support transparency and communication of program health and progress
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly accountable with strategic thinking abilities
• Gather and analyze information quickly to drive decision-making
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership for task completion
• Help strengthen Program Management across the organization
