Technical Project Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with oversight of scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging client needs and company goals
• Monitor progress and report on milestones and deliverables
• Communicate with personnel to solve problems and improve efficiency
• Analyze project plans for cost benefit and ROI feedback
• Oversee mobile and web application development projects
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure quality delivery
• Manage and lead a team of developers, SQAs, and designers
• Communicate with customers and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in a relevant field
• 6-12 years of software development experience
• 3-4 years of project/development management experience
• Experience implementing at least one Agile Framework
• Understanding of project management processes and strategies
• Experience mentoring and coaching rising talent
• Experience in offshore software development
• Managerial experience in problem-solving and analytics
• Professional Project Management Certification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
