Responsibilities
- Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams for feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Passion for helping customers succeed
- Bonus: PMP Certification
Benefits
- $100,000 – $105,000 a year
