Responsibilities
- Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals
- Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
- Bonus: PMP Certification
Benefits
- $100,000 – $105,000 a year
