Summary:
Prelim is a startup based in San Francisco, offering remote positions across the United States. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project management, ensuring timely project completion and customer satisfaction. This role is focused on customer adoption, engagement, and providing expert guidance to help customers go live with Prelim’s banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
- Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results.
