Responsibilities:
- Be part of a dynamic consultancy solving hiring challenges for fast-growing clients in AI, Health-tech, SaaS, Fintech, and Crypto.
- Source and engage candidates by building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines.
- Conduct screening interviews to identify the best-fit talent.
- Oversee inbound applications using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure candidates progress smoothly through the pipeline.
- Represent Move with strong verbal and written communication to candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
- Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or creative industries.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Google Suite.
- Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
- Personable, tenacious, empathetic, and conscientious mindset.
- Energized by people, with a knack for persuasion and clear communication.
