- SyncVR Medical is looking for a Technical Support & Deployment Intern to play a key role in implementing cutting-edge VR technology in hospitals throughout the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Install key software applications on VR-headsets and tablets, contributing to the functioning of a medical device that enhances patient care.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, both onsite and remotely, to ensure a seamless user experience for hospital staff and patients.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other medical staff to ensure deployments fit into their schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deployments and provide feedback for software and hardware improvements.
- Collaborate with a fun and experienced team of changemakers.
Requirements:
- Passion for solving technical problems and helping others.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde, or Verpleegkunde with a focus or interest in technology.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, especially nurses, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable traveling to hospital sites.
