Technical Support Specialist w/ Italian and WordPress Full Time

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with iubenda’s solutions.
• Propose solutions to customers on software-related questions regarding products.
• Test new features through Google Tag Manager, WordPress, or Shopify.
• Collaborate with product and development teams on new product features.
• Provide technical training to the Customer Support team on products and integrations.
• Handle 1st level issues, including pricing, invoicing, and product-related queries.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in an IT department.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Sound knowledge of WordPress plugins, themes, and debugging procedures.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Sound knowledge of web development tools (DevTools or Inspect Element).
• Ability to reproduce problems and customer scenarios, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of web development through HTML/CSS.
• Ability to draft internal technical documentation.
• Exceptional soft skills and team spirit.
