Technical Writer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive products and documentation meeting customer standards
• Work with clients, stakeholders, and staff to create analytical and strategic documentation
• Translate complex product information into simple, engaging content
• Write user-friendly content for target audiences
• Evaluate and improve existing content for better consumption
• Gather information from subject matter experts for various documents
• Collaborate on standardized processes and deliverables
• Maintain detailed databases of reference materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Ability to communicate with various audiences and experts
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience supporting government projects
• Ability to provide samples of completed work products
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust approval
• DHS Suitability (EOD) required
