Responsibilities
- Follow established documentation publishing processes and standards
- Maintain existing articles and create new content in the knowledge base
- Work with subject matter experts to deliver content based on needs
- Maintain training materials for knowledge sharing within the company
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical writing in a SaaS environment
- Experience documenting SaaS SOPs and working with technical products
- Experience collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with Atlassian products like Confluence and Jira
- Writing samples showcasing documentation of complex technical products
