Responsibilities:
- Driving requirements where necessary and adding to solution intent.
- Taking ownership of dependent backlog items.
- Describing Power BI reports in Confluence/Alation.
- Collaborating with Agile teams to fulfill sprint dependencies.
- Creating and updating design documentation.
- Developing Use Cases and documenting them.
- Framing customer feedback.
- Preparing documentation for various data artifacts (data marts, dashboards, reports).
- Keeping documentation up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- English language skills (Upper/Fluent); German is a plus.
- Certificates of language proficiency.
- Good logic and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT work experience.
- Experience in Technical Writing for over 1 year is a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence/Alation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Good logic and understanding of complex processes.
