Territory Business Leader – Austin Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective territory planning and strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Drive adoption and growth of Sequel products.
• Demonstrate product proficiency and expertise.
• Collaborate with customer care and sales support.
• Communicate HCP feedback cross-functionally.
• Represent Sequel products at conventions.
• Manage leads and opportunities daily.
• Maintain a high profile with patient advocacy groups.
• Assist with field sales training (Senior TBL).
• Mentor junior staff (Senior TBL).
• Participate on internal advisory boards (Senior TBL).
• Lead team calls and meetings as needed (Senior TBL).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 4+ years of experience for Senior TBL.
• Sales success history.
• Diabetes and insulin device experience preferred.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationships with Endocrinologists preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis and evaluation skills.
• Sales and marketing plan execution ability.
• Live within assigned geography.
• Ability to commute and travel extensively.
• Ability to carry and transport samples.
• Senior TBL must have recognition in sales achievements.
• Experience at industry conferences (e.g., ADA, ADCES).
• Demonstrated career progression.
