Territory Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Own existing branch relationships and enable sales reps for new opportunities
• Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
• Main contact for partners on all Roofr-related subjects
• Provide effective product training and onboarding support for partners
• Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas
• Organize and host timely community events and meetings
• Provide product updates through trainings, presentations, and meetings
• Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks/month)
• Master Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner-related updates
• Work cross-functionally with sales and support leaders to resolve issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roofing or adjacent industries
• 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
• Experience in channel partnerships is a huge plus
• Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies is a plus
• Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce) and modern tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Capability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision
• Skills in persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
