Territory Sales Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Consistent communication with the outbound phone call sales team
• Manage current and past client relationships
• Professional pipeline management through CRM
• Communicate activity results with management
• Punctuality with all appointments
• Identify challenges and opportunities in client organizations
• Emotionally connect with clients to influence behavior
• Challenge the status quo to secure new client engagements
• Embrace the sales structure to obtain new clients
• Participate in departmental training sessions
• Follow internal department and company procedures

Requirements

• Meaningful sales experience with proven results
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to travel onsite to clients
• Ability to work remotely with appropriate tech setup
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Suite and CRM
• Prior business ownership (encouraged but not required)
• MBA or other Business Degree (encouraged but not required)

• $110,000 – $140,000 a year
• Uncapped commission after a 14-week period
