Therapist (Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions for SUD and mental health disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer or review validated assessments for treatment strategies
• Collaborate with team members, staff, providers, and referral sources
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
• Assess and intervene in crisis scenarios, providing resources and referrals
• Conduct sessions from a professional, private, and distraction-free environment

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above with a current independent license to practice
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth counseling
• Prior experience in substance use treatment preferred
• Maintain a valid unrestricted license in the required state(s)
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
