Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and report on routine issues
- Maintain integrated hardware and software solutions
- Add or modify hardware and software to improve performance
- Provide user and system administrator support
- Support continuous Tier 1/2 network performance monitoring
- Optimize network performance for high availability
- Monitor global networks, including the transport layer
- Identify, isolate, and resolve network hardware issues
- Perform system patching and compliance activities
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
- HS diploma/equivalent and 1 year experience
- Linux and Cloud Systems Administration experience
- Experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA ticketing systems
Benefits
- Salary range: $39,000 – $62,000 based on experience and other factors
